Cartoon Jumping Castles - FAQ

How much room do I need to for a jumping castle?

You need a 5 x 6 metre space and also a 7m height clearance.

Can the castles go on concrete?

As long as you let us know at the time of booking that won't be a problem.

How long does it take to set up?

Around 10 - 15 minutes depending on the site.

Is there any age limit for your castles?

That's the best thing about Cartoon Castles is that any age can jump on our castles including adults.

How many children can fit on the castle at one time?

If the kids are around 5 years old, then up to 12 kids can jump at the one time.

What happens when it rains?

All castles have a permanent sun and rain cover.

How is payment made and when?

Payment can either be made prior to the day by sending us a cheque 7 days prior, or direct deposit into our bank account. We also accept CASH payment to our driver on delivery. Personal cheques are NOT accepted on the day.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, we carry 10 million dollars public liability insurance. Therefore we are covered for all types of functions from backyard parties to corporate functions . If required we can give you a copy of our certificate of currency.
